Cancel/Return Policy

  • CONSUMER is entitled to exercise her right to withdrawal in distance contracts for sales of goods in 14 (fourteen) days following the receipt of the goods by rejecting the good without incurring any legal and criminal obligations and without any justification. For distance contracts for provision of services, this shall start at the signature date of the contract. If in the contract it is agreed on performance of the service before expiry of 7 days, consumer is entitled to exercise her right to withdrawal until the starting date of performance.
  • If CONSUMER exercise her right to withdrawal, then she has to return to SELLER the product she purchased via Yurtiçi Kargo courier company contracted with SELLER. If the product is returned via contracted cargo company, costs arising out of the exercise of the withdrawal right shall be paid by SELLER. If another cargo company is used to return the goods in the exercise of the withdrawal right, the return delivery costs shall be paid by CONSUMER.
  • It is a precondition to exercise withdrawal right to notify the same to the e-mail address of SELLER at senocaknut@senocaknut.com in 7 days and that the product is not used as prescribed under provisions of Article 15 "Exclusions to Withdrawal Rights" of Distance Contracts Regulations published in Official Gazette of 27/11/2014 and provisions of Article 6 of Distance Sales Contract signed electronically between parties. The return procedures as part of Withdrawal Rights are also described in Distance Sales Contracts more fully.
  • After the return request is confirmed by www.gursoyshop.com via e-mail, CONSUMER is obliged to return the good to SELLER in 10 (Ten) Days following the receipt by SELLER of the notification of withdrawal right via Yurtiçi Kargo titled Cargo company contracted with SELLER. If Consumer fails to return the goods to SELLER in 10 (Ten) days following the receipt by SELLER of the notification regarding the exercise of the withdrawal right, such request to exercise withdrawal right will be deemed null and void. If your return request is not confirmed, you will be informed about the same, if the goods have already returned us, then it will be returned to you by collect call.
  • The return of the products which is unreturnable due to its nature, disposable products, reproducible software and programs, subject to fast deterioration or expiry of its best before date shall not be accepted. Unless otherwise decided by parties, consumer cannot exercise her right to withdrawal in following contractors;
i. Goods and services contracts where the price varies depending on the market fluctuations or is not under control of seller or vendor.
ii. Contracts for the goods tailor-made to the requests or personal needs of the consumer.
iii. Contracts for the goods perishable or with a best before date expiring soon.
iv. Contracts for the goods, once unboxed, unpackaged, unsealed after the delivery, which return will become unfit in terms of health and hygiene.
v. Contracts for the goods which are mixed with other products once delivered and inseparable due to their nature.
vi. Contracts for physical books, digital contents and computer consumables, if their protective elements such as packaging, strip, seal, box is opened after their delivery.
vii. Contracts for the delivery of the periodicals such as newspaper and magazines other than those provided under a subscription contract.
viii. The products which are personalized to buyer, bearing her name or printed logo, and fountain pen which cartridge is installed or ink-filled.

Unless otherwise decided by parties, consumer cannot exercise her right to withdrawal in following contractors;
  • Promotional or campaign merchandises which are given away as a gift, as part of product to be returned must also be returned at the same time. Gifts can only be accepted if they are returned alongside the main product.
  • For the return of the products purchased be acceptable under "Withdrawal Right" process, they must be delivered with fully and undamaged intact with original box, packaging and standard accessories of the product purchases, accompanied by the original invoice, to Yurtiçi Kargo. If foregoing provision is not complied, return request will be rejected.
  • It is adequate to pack your products to be returned so that they will not be damaged during shipment and deliver them to via our contracted cargo companies (Yurtiçi Kargo). If the products get damaged during shipment because of improper packaging, we will not accept them.

After checking if your request fully satisfies with return conditions, we can only refund your money into your card. Depending on your bank, this may take a few days to see the refund in your account. Refund shall follow your payment method. In installment payments, refunds are made by banks as per your installment plan.
